Processing Time
Because every jar of Mary's Whipped Tallow Balm is hand-crafted and created in small batches to ensure the highest quality, please note the following processing times:
• All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

tSpecial Note on Whipped Balms (Temperature Policy)
Due to the natural, whipped texture of our Tallow Balm, this product can occasionally soften or melt slightly during transit in very warm weather. This does not affect the quality or efficacy of the balm.
• If your balm arrives soft, simply stir it and place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to allow it to solidify back into a balm consistency.
• We recommend minimizing the time packages sit outdoors in warm climates.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damage and Lost Packages
Mary's Balm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at mfortezzo@marysbalm.com for assistance.
