Return and Refund Policy
At Mary's Balm, we take pride in the quality and intentional nature of our hand-crafted, small-batch products. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Non-Returnable Items (Due to Safety & Hygiene)
For health and hygiene reasons, and due to the personal nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. All sales are final.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only offered in cases where the product arrives damaged or if there was an error in the fulfillment of your order.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at mfortezzo@marysbotanica.com with the following information:
• Your order number.
• A detailed description of the damage or defect.
• Photographic evidence of the damage to the product and the original shipping box.
Once we confirm the damage, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
2. Order Fulfillment Errors
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of shipping the correct item to you.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible before the order enters the processing stage (within 2 hours of placing the order). Once an order is being prepared for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Final Sale Items
All discounted items, promotional purchases, and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
